Doreen is THE BEST!

To say Doreen was helpful would be an understatement! The responses were quick and my issue was fixed above and beyond requirements. She is definitely the reason I will be shopping at FansEdge again! Thank you Doreen!

This company is terrible, my order is lost and nobody on the website is any help. Avoid this website while you can.

I have ordered twice

I have ordered twice. The first order I never received even though website said it would be delivered before Christmas. The second time I ordered they sent a short sleeve t shirt even though it says long sleeve t shirt right there in the order. No explanation. Then I tried to contact somebody but they only have a virtual assistant. Can't seem to find a phone number to talk to a real person either. Quality of shirt was awful too.

Very happy

I ordered before checking Trustpilot and once I saw the reviews I was a little nervous. However, my top came in good time from the US to the UK and the companies communication was brilliant throughout. I’m really pleased with the top and the price was very competitive. I’d certainly use Fans Edge again.

I was charged for 2 hoodies

I was charged for 2 hoodies. Only wanted one now I can't get in touch with you or get my money back. I'll never use you again and I'll warn everyone I know how awful you are.

Tampa Bay Bucs T

I ordered a Medium for my son and it was more child/women size. Very skimpy. I needed a large. I went through the return process to find out that on a $24.00 order they wanted the shirt returned and they would only return approximately $12.00. I would also have to pay to ship it back. I am stuck with a useless piece of poor quality shirt. This is not a reputable company in my opinion.

Excellent review for Natalie /Fanatics

Natalie called me to share about a few orders I made with Fanatics where an accidental "double order" was made by the system. Natalie professionally explained what happened, I understood her completely, she was great and provided phenomenal customer service. She fixed the problem, explained what will be happening in the future regarding my order and bank account and I was put at ease. Thank you again Natalie for the EXCELLENT customer service!

Lies, lies, and more lies.

After I put a review on sitejabber in Dec 2020, Fansedge contacted me the very next day. Apparently this is the only way to get them to respond. I also had to request to talk to an actual person and not a series of automated responses. I cancelled my order. Their rep said he could refund my money for one of the items right then because it hadn't shipped yet but the 2nd item would be refunded in Jan 2021, claiming that item had shipped. I get an email on Jan 6 saying my items have been shipped. I check the FED EX tracking and it still says that delivery is pending. There is no record of FED EX ever received it. As of today 1/27/21 I have not received the item or the promised refund for that item. I have even received several requests to complete surveys which I filled and and even let them know they could contact me. No one has contacted me.
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Taking a month and half to get item deliver

Ordered a pair of sweats from this site on Jan 7th, 2021. I've been tracking this order Bc it's a gift and wanted to get it on time. Now it says that it's going to be deliver on 2/16. So I called costumer service, she states the the item was on back order. I don't get it if you don't have the item don't sell it very simple. Now I am very irritated that I can't get this item on time!

Wrong Item

I received 1 of 2 packages and it was correct with no issues. The second package contains the wrong item. The package address was correct. The packing slip had another name and state that is many states away.

I check tracking it says my order is still to be delivered. It wasn't delivered as stated.

I sent two emails with not replies. The chat is virtual and useless. It stops where I ask about my order. I can't find a phone number for customer service to call. It has been a month since my order. The first email I sent was on December 07, The second email was on December 14. I just sent another email, December 21. I would like a refund if the order isn't here by Wednesday 23.

Return

I. Ordered a robe for my husband and it's not the right item and it's their making it absolutely impossible to return. They are saying they can't find my order number or phone number and they have emailed me to do a survey with my information on it. Will never buy from them again.

This company is a scam

I placed 2 orders one was delivered to the wrong address and still waiting to see if I even receive the other. I was told it was my fault because the order city was changed to my city not the one I was sending it to. I was told if I want the items I must pay again and if I want a refund to return the items. The address it was delivered too doesn't even exist. I was told to call FedEx and take it up with them. FedEx says they are just do the delivery and are not responsible for anything lost or damaged. So now I have no refund, no product and I was disconnected by the online chat. Than I try to call the company and the line disconnects every time before it is even finished saying the company name. Basically I was scammed and robbed. This company is a scam and a joke. Do not order from them!
